Q. If items on my order ship separately will my credit card reflect a split charge?
A. No, your credit card will only be charged after all items have shipped, and it will be charged for the entire dollar amount at one time.
Q. Are shipping charges included on my order?
A. Any order exceeding $1600.00 will not be charged freight. Any fuel additive order exceeding $2400.00 will not be charged freight.
Q. Why did my total change after I submitted my order?
A. Prices are subject to change at any time. We attempt to do our best to keep our pricing as current as possible to offer you, our customer, the lowest rate, but everyonce in a while a price will change before we roll out the price update.
Q. How will I know what freight charges are?
A. An estimated freight charge will be given at the time of order. Exact charges will be added to your invoice as a separate line item and added into your order total before charging/invoicing.
Q. Will I get a copy of my order?
A. A paid copy of your order will be faxed/mailed/emailed if your order was charged. If you chose to be invoiced, your invoice will be faxed/mailed/emailed as per your request.
Q. What does it mean if there is no picture with the product?
A. This means one of two things, either the product has been discontinued or that there is a very limited supply. You may attempt to order the product either way and we will inform you if we have the quantity requested in stock.
