Terms and Conditions for use of this site:

  1. Prices are subject to change at anytime with out notice. We reserve the right to adjust all prices at our discretion.
  2. Products may have limited quantity or availability. Should there not be enough stock of a product to fill an order we will do all within our ability to contact the customer and inform them, offering them the option to remove the product or fill the product with the quantity we have. If contact with the customer is unavailable we reserve the right to fill the order to the best of our ability.
  3. If a product does not have an image, this means either the product is discontinued or limited quantity. We reserve the right to remove a product from an order if the product is no longer carried.
  4. Products, their images, and descriptions are intellectual property of the manufacturer and Aris Chemical. All use of those products for any purpose other than what they are designed for on the Arischemical.com website is unauthorized.
  5. Pricing is sorted in to two categories, either government agency, or private sector pricing. When a user places an order, at the time of payment they must verify if they are a government agency. We reserve the right to restrict sales if the user is unable to validate their government status.
  6. Products may be subject to tax based on the region you are in, we reserve the right to alter the final total to reflect this tax.
  7. Any unauthorized use of this site will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the US Federal Court System, in reflection to the Cyber Securities Protection Act of 2015.
  8. This site is provided as a tool to help facilitate price quotes, MSDS searches, and order placement. The information presented is as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
  9. Should a pricing issue develop due to data entry errors or inaccurate pricing from suppliers, Aris Chemical & Supply Company will make every attempt to resolve the problem in a manner that benefits you, the customer, while not causing undue hardship to the company.
